COURSES IN ENGLISH

Since 1978 - and since 1989 as an independent organization with its main focus on women and families - we have been addressing the needs of women in Frankfurt and the surrounding area. Led by trained professionals, our courses follow the holistic health and development principles of the WHO. Our staff is made up of educators, psychologists, GfG - and other professionals. We not only offer courses but also advice for specific areas of concern and in times of crisis.

GfG-Pre-natal class in English for couples
Our pre-natal classes offer information about physical and psychological changes, the phases of the birth process, birthing postures, relaxation and breathing exercises, massages exercises, the postpartum period, breastfeeding and much more.
All your questions about pregnancy, birth and life with a baby are addressed. There is also time for sharing with other course participants.
The course is also suitable if you are expecting a c-section.

Our courseleaders are GfG-family-companions and childbirth-educators, no midwifes. We can't guarantee that your health insurance will cover the costs. The classfee has to be payed in advance and at the end of the class you will receive a certificate which you can submit to your insurance.

We also offer one to one lessons in English. With our one to one pre-natal course, you as a couple or alone have the option of flexibly designing the content and appointments according to your individual needs.
